Sadly, there is no such thing as a free reverse phone book. This is because telephone directories do not store enough information to allow you to do a complete reverse search. For instance, there are many many phone numbers which are not listed, and all cellphone numbers fall into this category. Further, the cost of publishing a book like this would be too expensive, and the demand would be too low.
